Rustic fried potatoes with garlic in a frying pan

STEP 1
How to fry potatoes with garlic in a frying pan in a rustic way? To begin, prepare all the ingredients according to the list. It is better to take young potatoes, since they will be cooked with the skin on, and they will also be small in size so that they are evenly fried.
STEP 2
Rinse the potatoes well and remove any eyes, if any. Cut each potato into eight pieces.
STEP 3
Place the chopped potatoes in a large bowl. Add paprika and salt to it.
STEP 4
Place a deep frying pan over low heat and pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil onto it. Add the rest of the oil to the potatoes and mix them thoroughly so that the spices are evenly distributed throughout all the potato wedges.
STEP 5
Place the potatoes in a frying pan heated with oil. Keep the fire low. These potato wedges are larger than regular slices, so they will take longer to cook. Over medium heat they may burn. Fry the potatoes for 30 minutes. There is no need to stir it often. It will be enough 4-5 times throughout the entire time.
STEP 6
While the potatoes are frying, cut the garlic into slices and finely chop the dill. Instead of fresh greens, you can use frozen ones. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
STEP 7
After 30 minutes, add garlic to the potatoes, stir and leave for another 5-7 minutes.
STEP 8
Place the finished potatoes on a plate and garnish with dill. Bon appetit!
