My potatoes were quite large, so 25 minutes was not enough for the potatoes to fry. I had to fry it for 35 minutes plus keep it covered for another five minutes. I stirred the potatoes every five minutes. The country-style potatoes turned out delicious, with a pleasant garlic aroma. I served it as a side dish for baked lamb.
