Royally baked chicken liver

Delicious, tender and without much hassle! Try it too! I really liked the recipe. Everything turned out so quickly, especially if your husband is grinding the liver in a meat grinder, and at that time you are already frying onions and carrots. The liver turned out to be very tender. I added a few of my own ingredients, slightly, in my opinion, improving the taste of this dish.

    STEP 2

Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grind the liver in a meat grinder, add semolina and let it sit for a while so that the semolina has time to swell. Salt and pepper.

Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until soft. Add garlic powder, fenugreek, salt and pepper.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Grease a baking dish with margarine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour out part of the liver.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place some of the onion and carrots on the liver and pour the remaining liver on top. Place the remaining onions and carrots on top. Place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Remove the liver from the oven, brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

I couldn’t stand it, the liver didn’t have time to cool completely, but I really wanted to try it. I was pleased with the result, and my husband was delighted. I think it will taste even better when it cools completely.

Alice, this casserole is just superb! As for me, it is very similar to a liver cake, only you can say it’s lazy, you don’t need to fry the cakes separately, but the whole cake is prepared at once) it’s very convenient, not only does it save time, it’s also healthier

Thanks for the recipe. I used to make a liver cake, and now it’s your dish. Tasty and, in my opinion, lighter.
