Roast Turkey Salad with Fruit

The combination of meat and fruit is a classic of the culinary genre. After preparing the turkey schnitzels, I had some fillet left over, which I decided to use in the salad. I didn’t have to think long about additional ingredients, because in all meat salads my favorite combination is with fruit. Since there were some strawberries and red grapes left in the refrigerator, they went into the salad.
