I looked closely at the recipe for rice porridge with coconut milk for a long time and finally decided to try making it. I cooked the porridge for 4 servings. Instead of brown sugar, I used regular white sugar. I had a 250 ml package of coconut milk. The porridge turned out great. I would even say that this is not porridge, but a real coconut dessert. It is moderately thick in consistency. The taste is very delicate, the porridge is moderately sweet. It has a pleasant coconut aroma and taste and a delicate aftertaste. Thank you very much for the recipe! I will include this porridge on the menu from time to time for variety.

Nice recipe. I love both rice and coconut milk. But non-sweet stuff is better for me.
