Raw rolls
An alternative filling for rolls, for those who do not want to put rice.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 8 hr
STEP 1
Soak the buckwheat overnight. You can germinate it.
STEP 2
Grate raw carrots onto a fine grater.
STEP 3
Stir the buckwheat and carrots and make a puree from this mass in a blender. Sprinkle a little oil and mix well again.
STEP 4
Place the filling on the nori and roll into rolls. You can use cucumber, pepper or avocado, cutting them into strips and placing them in the middle. These rolls also go well with sesame seeds. Do not cut the finished rolls immediately, but cover them with cling film and place them in the refrigerator for an hour so that the nori softens a little. Bon appetit!
