Radish salad with meat became a hearty addition to dinner. In the fall, I often make daikon salads, but this year I rarely see it at the market. But there are a lot of green radishes. And on the site there was just a suitable recipe. I boiled the beef for the salad for about an hour, then cooled it and cut it into cubes. As the author recommends, I added more sour cream and garlic to the meat. While I was chopping the other ingredients, the boiled meat was marinating. I also cut the pickled cucumber and egg white into cubes for harmony. Well, I grated the radish on a coarse grater. For greens, I have parsley, dill and green onions. All these greens give the salad a pleasant freshness. It turned out to be a delicious, satisfying and healthy salad! There was just enough sour cream for the entire portion. Fragrant garlic goes well with beef. The recipe is excellent, I will make it again.
