Quick tea buns with egg filling

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Beat eggs with sugar and salt in a deep bowl, pour in warm water, mix everything. Sift the flour, add dry yeast. The yeast must be mixed with the flour so that it does not touch the liquid. Knead the dough directly in the bowl; it will be sticky. Add vegetable oil and knead further. Form the dough into a ball, cover with a napkin or cling film and let it rise in a warm place for an hour.
STEP 2
Divide the dough into several equal parts the size of a tennis ball and make neat buns out of it.
STEP 3
Let the pieces stand for 20 minutes, also under cling film, so that they rise.
STEP 4
Using the bottom of a glass, make a hole in the middle of each bun. Brush them with beaten egg.
STEP 5
Separate the yolks from the whites.
STEP 6
Place the whites in the refrigerator for later use. Pour the yolks into the dimple of the bun. Salt and pepper. Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
STEP 7
Remove the finished buns from the oven and admire the result. They are covered with a golden blush, smell enticingly and look attractive - you just want to eat a couple, one will definitely not be enough. Help yourself!
