    How to make lightly salted zucchini quickly? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut young zucchini (you don’t need to peel it) into slices, or if it’s a large zucchini, into semi-circles. Then place the chopped zucchini in layers in a prepared container, topping each layer of zucchini with herbs and chopped garlic.

    Prepare a brine from water, salt and sugar, boil. Pour hot brine over the zucchini, cool and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours. After 12 hours, lightly salted zucchini will be ready. Bon appetit!

I love zucchini very much and I cook them in any form. And when I saw a new recipe for me: lightly salted quick zucchini, I decided to cook it. Peeled the zucchini and cut it into half rings. I crushed the garlic and herbs. I placed half rings of zucchini in a container, sprinkled the layers with garlic and herbs, and added allspice peas. For the marinade, bring water with sugar and salt to a boil and pour over the zucchini. Cooled and put in the refrigerator overnight. And the next day at lunch at work we tried it: delicious.....So simple and so tasty! And if you are a zucchini lover, be sure to try it! Thanks to the author Lucy for such a wonderful recipe!
