Quick lazy belyashi on kefir with minced meat

A wonderful recipe for a delicious, satisfying dish! I am still new to cooking and therefore I am very glad that I came across this site, where there are so many wonderful recipes that describe the cooking process in detail. In return, I want to share with you one recipe called “Lazy Whites”.

    STEP 1

First, heat the kefir so that it is a little warm. Add soda to kefir and stir thoroughly. Then add salt and sugar. Let it sit for a minute. We begin to introduce flour into our dough a little at a time. Don't forget to stir constantly. We need to achieve the consistency of pancake batter.

  2. STEP 2

Pour sunflower or olive oil into the frying pan (up to 1 cm from the bottom of the frying pan). Heat the frying pan thoroughly. Next, very quickly put a spoonful of dough into the frying pan, top it with minced meat, then add dough again. There should be a small hole between the two layers of dough.

What an interesting recipe! So to speak, a hybrid of pancakes and whites. The composition of the ingredients is very simple and affordable. I think that if you make a fruit filling instead of meat (grate apples, apricots, peaches and sprinkle lightly with sugar), you will get wonderful sweet pies. In general, there are a lot of variations, there is room to use your imagination. I’ll definitely take note and spoil my family with this “lazy” delicacy. Alyonochka, thank you for the recipe and ideas.

I baked on the weekend. Strictly speaking, I got pancakes with filling. As a substitute, I took a blank made from apples. Perhaps I should have added more flour so that the dough would hold its shape better, and I also added a little oil. But anyway, it turned out delicious, I’ll try it with other fillings, for example, with cottage cheese. Thanks for the recipe.
