Quick fish pie

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the onion as you like - into half rings or cubes, and fry in vegetable (refined) or butter. Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, about 1.5 x 1.5 cm, and cook or fry for a couple of minutes until the crust sets and the fish remains juicy inside and tender. Cool slightly.
STEP 2

Grate the cheese and set it aside, we will need it later.
STEP 3

Now let's make the dough: beat the eggs with salt, and while continuing to beat, pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Mix flour with yeast and sift into our milk mixture. The dough is ready!
STEP 4

Mix the fish with onions and place directly into the dough, add grated cheese and chopped pink pepper. Mix everything carefully and well. Grease the mold with a piece of butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or cover with baking paper. Place the resulting mixture in a mold and place in the oven, preheated to 160°C, for about 40-45 minutes (the cake should be browned).
STEP 5

Finita! Bon appetit!
