Remove the mold and cool.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients for the filling. Wash and dry the chicken with paper towels. Cut it into small pieces. Wash the champignons. Place them on a towel to absorb excess moisture. Peel large mushrooms (wash small ones enough). Cut them into small cubes. If desired, you can add finely chopped onions to the filling.

    Heat refined vegetable oil with a high smoking point in a frying pan. Fry the chicken with constant stirring until golden brown. Add mushrooms to the chicken, add 2-3 tablespoons of boiled water and salt. Simmer over low heat until the liquid has evaporated. Turn off the heat and let the filling cool.

But it is so satisfying that during the cooking process the thought came to my mind several times that at least 4 dishes could be prepared from such a quantity of ingredients))) Wonderful dough (in my case the base could have been baked in the oven longer), very tasty, juicy and filling filling. Everyone at home was delighted with this pie! But next time I would reduce the amount of meat to suit my taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Hearty, delicious pie. Real man's food! Yesterday my nephews, two tall guys, came and ate it at once, despite the abundance of other dishes on the table, there weren’t even crumbs left😤😋. It’s a pleasure to knead this kind of dough, it really turned out soft, smooth, elastic🤗. To the filling, along with the chicken and mushrooms, I added shallots and a small handful of spinach.
