Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Set of products. It is better to take thick, homemade sour cream. Defrost the dough first.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms first, then the peppers cut into squares.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place chicken breast (without skin) in boiling salted water and cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes. Remove and cool under the lid.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Then chop into small pieces.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Chop the tomatoes into cubes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Chop the greens.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix everything in a bowl with mushrooms and peppers (without oil). Sprinkle with salt, spices, mix.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

This is how the filling turns out.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Now you need to act quickly, because the tomatoes will give off juice and the filling may spread. Take a sheet of dough and roll it into a square in one direction.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Grease with sour cream.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place two tablespoons of filling and press into one layer, leaving the edges free.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Connect two opposite corners.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

    And two others.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Carefully pinch the seams and place our puff pastries on a baking sheet lined with a sheet. Grease with an egg beaten with some water.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until browned.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Place on a plate. Now you can call everyone to the table. Bon appetit!

The presence of tomato was somewhat surprising, I usually use the same ingredients, but with cheese, it even became interesting, because in principle you can imagine the taste. And you don’t have to completely pinch the edges of the envelopes; when the filling is visible, they just look more appetizing. Or maybe it's just a habit))).

I don’t add cheese for reasons of reducing calories. Tomatoes add juiciness to the filling. That is why the seams must be pinched tightly, otherwise all the juice will leak out.

What a wonderful filling option. I'll definitely try it. Good ratio of protein (chicken breast), light carbohydrates (greens) and sugars (dough). Thanks for the idea. I really love Balkan cheese. I think that, as an option, you can use it instead of salt. In the photo the filling looks very appetizing. A good solution for losing weight.

Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, I don't receive any messages about comments, so I find them empirically.
