STEP 1

How to make PP cheesecakes from cottage cheese with flour? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use not only oat flour, but also other gluten-free flour - corn, rice, etc. Vegetable oil must be refined and odorless. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. You can replace sugar with any sweetener suitable for heat treatment.
STEP 2

Combine the cottage cheese with the egg and sugar and beat with a submersible blender until smooth. If you have cottage cheese in briquettes, you do not need to beat it with a blender. This cottage cheese is quite moist, soft and without lumps. Just mix it with the egg and sugar with a regular spoon.
STEP 3

Add oatmeal and salt to the curd mixture. Mix well until smooth.
STEP 4

Leave the curd mass for 10-15 minutes. It should be thick and not runny. If the mixture is too wet and does not hold its shape, add a little more oatmeal.
STEP 5

Wash and dry the raisins. You can replace raisins with other dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots) or a mixture of dried fruits.
STEP 6

Pour the raisins into the curd mass and stir so that the raisins are evenly distributed throughout the curd.
STEP 7

Form small cheesecakes from the curd mass with wet hands (since the mass is sticky and will stick to your hands). If you wish, you can additionally roll the pieces in oatmeal. I got 8 medium-sized cheesecakes.
STEP 8

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 9

Transfer the finished cheesecakes to a plate and serve with sour cream, jam or jam. Bon appetit!
