Potatoes with starch fried pie

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 35 mins
STEP 1
You will not need a lot of products: potatoes, salt, sunflower oil, starch. Wash and peel the potatoes under running cold water and then dry with napkins or cloth.
STEP 2
Grate the potatoes into strips on the largest “Korean” grater. If there are no such graters in the house, then you will have to cut - just rubbing is not an option.
STEP 3
Place the resulting straws on napkins to dry.
STEP 4
Sift the potato starch, add salt and roll the resulting potato straws into the mixture.
STEP 5
Heat a lot of oil in a frying pan and fry the potato chips until golden brown.
STEP 6
After frying, place the potatoes again on a napkin to dry off excess oil. You can let the oil drain through a strainer.
STEP 7
Serve the resulting potato pie as a side dish.

Potato pai - refers to Chinese cuisine, and starch is added so that the potatoes do not stick together - this is the most important aspect when preparing it. An excellent side dish, and just potato pai... I add it to my K.K.
