Potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream in the oven

STEP 1
How to make potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt. Any mushrooms can be used. Champignons can be replaced with any other. My sour cream is 20% fat.
STEP 2
Rinse the champignons well in running water and dry to remove excess moisture. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. The champignons can simply be cut into 4 parts.
STEP 3
Peel the onion, rinse and chop. Pour some vegetable oil into the frying pan. Fry the finely chopped onion for a minute, then add the mushrooms to it. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes. There is no need to fry until fully cooked - the mushrooms will finish baking in the oven. Wait until the mushrooms begin to decrease in size.
STEP 4
Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces into a large bowl.
STEP 5
Add sour cream, chopped herbs, salt and spices to the potatoes. Stir.
STEP 6
Mix everything with fried mushrooms.
STEP 7
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. I will cook in ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Place the potatoes and mushrooms in the prepared pan and distribute evenly. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes. The times are approximate, use your oven as a guide. Read more about this at the end of the recipe. To prevent the top from drying out, you can cover it a little with foil.
STEP 8
Baked mushrooms in sour cream with potatoes are ready! Remove the pan from the oven, place on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
