Potatoes and pork in French

An original idea for an excellent lunch or dinner. About two weeks ago, my husband’s grandmother handed us two pork thighs from the village. We cooked so many things from them: we salted lard, fried meat, made goulash, cooked jellied meat. But we still have a small 300-gram piece left, from which nothing special can be made. I thought about it a little and decided to cook something like French potatoes. I will now share the recipe for this dish with you.
