Pork with mayonnaise, tomatoes, champignons, cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To cook meat in the oven, prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is convenient for pork to take carbonate. It cuts well into portioned pieces. Champignons can be taken either canned or fresh. You can also replace them with wild mushrooms. Take hard cheese so that it is easy to grate it. Wash the tomatoes in advance.
STEP 2
Cut the pork meat into portions, 1.5-2 centimeters thick. There is no need to trim fat from meat. It will add juiciness to the dish. To make it easier to cut the meat, you can freeze it a little. Just don't let it get completely frozen. Otherwise, when thawing, it will lose a lot of juice.
STEP 3
Cover the prepared pieces with cling film and beat with a culinary hammer. Why cover with film? To prevent the edges of the beaten meat from tearing and to prevent splashes from the meat flying when beating.
STEP 4
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the chopped meat on it. It is better not to use foil to cover the baking sheet, as it will eventually stick to the finished dish.
STEP 5
Sprinkle all pieces of meat with a little salt and spices. Grease with a small amount of mayonnaise. Mayonnaise will soak the meat during baking and it will become juicier and softer. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream.
STEP 6
Cut the canned champignons and tomatoes into slices. Place the mushrooms over the meat, then the tomatoes.
STEP 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and generously sprinkle each piece of meat with it. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 8
During baking, excess juice will evaporate from the meat and bake a little on a baking sheet. The cheese will completely melt and brown slightly. Remove the finished dish from the oven and place on plates.
STEP 9
Serve hot. The dish can be supplemented with a side dish and any sauce. Bon appetit!
