I wanted barbecue, but there was no way to cook it traditionally on the grill. The recipe for pork shashlik on skewers in the oven attracted attention and interest. For the first time I decided to try cooking shish kebab in the oven. I cut the meat into medium pieces and marinated it in onions, as the author advises. I put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about 2 hours. I took another small onion and cut it into rings. I put the skewers in the water for a while, then threaded the meat onto the skewers alternately with onion rings. I baked the kebab at 180° for about 1 hour. I really liked this idea of ​​cooking shish kebab: the meat turned out tender, juicy and tasty and everyone liked it.
