Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil over low heat for about 15 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Finally, salt and pepper them. You can add an onion to the filling: finely chop it and fry along with the mushrooms.

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Place 1-2 tbsp on each slice of pork. l. mushroom filling and a piece of cheese.

Roll the meat into rolls. You can secure them with toothpicks to prevent the rolls from falling apart.
