  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pork meat rolls stuffed with cheese and mushrooms in the oven? Prepare all the necessary products. For the rolls, I took four pieces of loin about 2-3 cm wide, you can use the neck part of the pork. Canned champignons are suitable, or you can take fresh mushrooms.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

If you have a bone-in loin, cut out the bones and beat the flesh well with a hammer. For convenience when beating, place a piece of meat in a plastic bag, this way there will be no unnecessary splashes and your kitchen will remain as clean as possible. The thinner your piece of meat is, the more convenient it will be to make rolls from it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater, or pass it through a garlic press. Add half a portion of sour cream, a pinch of salt to the garlic and mix everything well.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Coat each piece of meat with a thin layer of the resulting mixture. Leave it for a while, 10-15 minutes will be enough.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Cut the canned champignons into small pieces. Peel the onion and chop into small cubes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Send the mushrooms and onions to fry. Cook over high heat until golden brown. Don't forget to stir occasionally, otherwise the filling will burn. I cooked for about 5 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add flour to the pan and stir everything immediately so that no lumps form. After a minute, send 1-1.5 tbsp. sour cream to the filling and salt to taste. Stir, after a few seconds remove the pan from the stove.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the chop on the surface of the kitchen table, sprinkle evenly with ground black or allspice, and spread the mushroom filling on top in an even layer. I got 1 heaped tablespoon for each piece.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Roll the pork into a log. Do the same with the remaining pieces of meat and filling.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Place the prepared pork rolls in a baking dish. I do not grease the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil; during the baking process, a sufficient amount of it is formed from the filling and sour cream, so the rolls do not burn.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the pan in the oven, set the “top-bottom” mode and bake at a temperature of 180-220 degrees for about an hour (depending on the capabilities of your oven). Next, sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and bake again for 7-10 minutes.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Garnish the finished dish with fresh finely chopped herbs.

I love making meatloaves with different fillings. I took a piece of pork butt and cut small, even pieces into steak shapes. Beat it well and brush it with sour cream and garlic sauce. I prepared the filling and assembled the rolls. I baked pork rolls with filling in the oven for 40 minutes. It turned out tasty, aromatic, but with a small but... The onion was very noticeable and crunchy, next time I will fry the filling longer, about 15 minutes over medium heat. The dish is unique; it can be served hot with any side dish, or served cold as a slice (after all, it’s so good when cut).

Hello! Thanks for the gorgeous recipe, I can’t wait to make it! I just want to clarify - when you roll the rolls, do you use the sour cream-garlic coated side inward or outward? From the photo it looks like it's outside, right?
