  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake pork in soy sauce in the oven? Prepare the ingredients. For this dish, you can use both pulp with a minimum amount of fat (carb, ham) and fattier parts (neck, shoulder blade), depending on your preferences. I used carbonated sesame. You can use black, white or a mixture of sesame seeds, or omit it altogether. Sesame does not so much add flavor to the dish as it does a beautiful appearance.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the pork and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the marinade. Vegetables can be used, either olive or sunflower. By the way, if you like the taste of natural, aromatic, unrefined, first-pressed sunflower oil, then I advise you to use it. There is no need to add salt, since soy sauce is already quite salty, otherwise you can over-salt the pork.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the onion and finely chop. Instead of a red onion, you can use regular onions, but with a red onion, the marinade will be a little softer in taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, pork spices, sugar and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add chopped onion and garlic cloves passed through a press.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the meat in a bowl with the sauce and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. If it is not possible to marinate all night, then 1-1.5 hours at room temperature is enough.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the pork in a baking dish and pour in the soy-onion marinade. Some of the onion can be spread over the pork piece.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cover the pan with foil. Place the pork in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven. The main thing is not to dry out the meat. Therefore, if you know that everything bakes in your oven longer than required in recipes, then it is better to keep the pork in foil longer - not 40, but 50 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Then remove the foil and bake the meat for about 20 minutes until golden brown, periodically pouring juice from the bottom of the pan over it.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

5 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the pork with sesame seeds and return to the oven.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Remove the finished meat from the mold, transfer to a dish and cut into portions. You can rub the remaining sauce with onion pieces through a sieve, pour into a gravy boat and serve along with the meat. Bon appetit!

Even from the photo you can see that the meat turned out very tasty and juicy. I'll have to try this baking option. By the way, if anyone doesn’t like soy sauce, I offer a simple recipe, I really liked the result.

I came across this recipe for pork in soy sauce in the oven when I was looking for an interesting way to bake a whole piece of meat. For the marinade, I used all the spices and products indicated in the list of ingredients. I chose suneli hops as spices for the pork. The meat was marinated for about 10 hours. While the pork was marinating, there was a simply amazing aroma in the kitchen. It first filled the entire apartment, and then went beyond it. So I guess the neighbors were also salivating. The taste of the meat is as wonderful as its aroma. It is savory, sweet, salty and spicy. There is a whole range of taste sensations here. I served the pork with spaghetti. I'm so glad I found this recipe. Maria, thank you very much!
