Pork cutlets in batter in a frying pan

STEP 1
Required ingredients. Wash the meat, peel the onion and garlic, rinse the eggs under running water and dry

Cut the meat into large pieces
STEP 3
Grind together with garlic and onions through a meat grinder
STEP 4
Add the white of 1 egg to the prepared minced meat, salt and pepper
STEP 5
Now you need to mix the minced meat well with your hands and beat it on the table - this will help the minced meat to bind well and not fall apart later when dipped in batter, and to make the minced meat more dense, you can put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
STEP 6
Mix the egg with flour, salt, you can add sour cream
STEP 7
The finished batter should not be too thick, but not runny either.
STEP 8
Now we’ll dip our minced meat into batter
STEP 9
Form flat cutlets with your hands and place in batter.
STEP 10
To avoid damaging the cutlet, I poured batter over it with a spoon
STEP 11
Place in a frying pan and fry over low heat until golden brown. Then turn it over, cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes.
STEP 12
Remove the finished cutlets and fry the rest. From these ingredients I got 12 cutlets
