Tatyana, excellent recipe, meat on the bone is always full of full flavor, since the protein fibers are inextricably linked to the bone and the meat turns out juicy, rich, satisfying and very tasty! I love recipes like this and make them often! Nothing extra, no potatoes, onions, carrots, just tomatoes for acidity, the meat has a natural taste, thank you!

I really love meat on the bone! I’ve never tried cutlets on the bone, and I’ve never even heard of them. I really want to try it. The dish looks very appetizing. I like sour cream more than mayonnaise. Do you think it can be done with sour cream too? I'll try to do it this weekend.

Julia, thank you Cutlet on the bone (Nackenkotelett) - we call it in Germany, but if I’m not mistaken, it’s just a loin or loin on the bone. But I don’t know about sour cream, I haven’t made it. I'm dabbling in mayonnaise more and more. But on the other hand, why not try it, if I haven’t done it, that doesn’t mean it’s not tasty, right!? If you like sour cream, then feel free to add sour cream and bon appetit

Yulia, Tatyana, do you know what is the funniest thing about a “cutlet on a bone”? I'm afraid that "boneless cutlet" only exists in Russia. This is a very interesting and confusing story... The most important thing I wanted to say is that Tatiana has given you the recipe for a REAL NOT CHOPPED CUTLETS
