Since childhood, I remember the smells of my mother’s borscht and freshly baked bread. The whole family gathered in the kitchen: they cut, fried and laughed together. These moments shaped my true love for cooking. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of tastes: spicy Indian curries, delicate Italian pastas, fresh Japanese sushi.
My goal is to show that cooking is simple and enjoyable. Anyone can create something amazing, even if they've never stood at a stove before. By exchanging recipes and ideas, I want to give everyone the joy of cooking and socializing around a set table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Science at Université Laval.
