Homemade bread loaves

Homemade loaves are soft and much tastier than store-bought ones. Easy and with a minimum of products. I took 1 glass of milk and almost half a glass of water (my glass is 250 ml) and I used a little less flour than in the recipe, about 3.5 glasses. And for my personal taste, next time I will take at least 1 tsp. salt, not half. But overall it was very tasty for my family; half of them ate it right away, some with sour cream, some with butter, some with jam))

The recipe caught my attention with the name and not the traditional one loaf, but 3 whole loaves! This means that in the end the enjoyment of the aromatic, crispy crust is three times greater. I baked it in water, instead of margarine - vegetable oil. The top was lubricated with sweet water. It is very important that the author gives options for ingredients. The required product will not always be in the house, but here you can choose a replacement. The little chubby bars turned out great! I recommend the recipe!

You baked wonderful bread, just like factory bread. But I’m not very good with yeast dough. It’s not that I don’t like it, but that it was a bad experience. But your photos make me want to try again - the aroma of your bread is so strong. Thank you for the recipe.
