STEP 1

How to make pork stroganoff with cream? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. If you have frozen pork, remove it from the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature.
STEP 2

Rinse the pork and dry it with paper towels. Cut the meat into thin strips of approximately the same size. Peel the onion and rinse.
STEP 3

Place the onions in a blender bowl and blend well.
STEP 4

Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed, high-rimmed frying pan. Place the onion in the frying pan. Stirring continuously, fry until pale golden brown.
STEP 5

Add the pork to the onions. Fry the pieces constantly for about five minutes.
STEP 6

Prepare the sauce. Pour water and cream into a deep bowl or cup. You can vary the proportions. You can only add cream. Add salt, ground pepper and cumin to taste. Mix everything well until smooth. Add flour in portions, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
STEP 7

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan, stir. Wait until it boils.
STEP 8

Reduce the stove flame to minimum, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer until the pork is cooked. Open the lid periodically and stir to prevent the sauce from burning. I simmered for about 30 minutes, during which time the thin pieces of meat were completely cooked.
STEP 9

Serve the dish garnished with fresh herbs and sprinkled with ground black or allspice.
STEP 10
