It’s very easy and quick to prepare fish using this recipe! This method also adds variety to the diet. I've never baked fish before, but I've never had to bake it under an onion-carrot coat. In fact, everything is simple, first I salted and peppered the fish and left it to marinate at room temperature. I added a little lemon juice to soften the fishy smell. During this time, I stewed vegetables with homemade ketchup. The fish was placed in a form, greased with oil and covered with frying. It cooks quickly, everything was ready in half an hour. I think you can put some more potatoes around it if you need a side dish. Thank you, we all liked it. A very tasty combination of stewed onions with carrots and fish, and the tomato adds piquancy and sourness.
