Pollock in foil with sour cream in the oven

STEP 1

Required ingredients. I prefer to take pollock fillet, because... I really don’t like fiddling with bones, and it’s easier for children to eat fillet! But a whole carcass is also suitable for this recipe, you just need to increase the cooking time a little

Salt the pollock fillet and sprinkle with a mixture of ground peppers or your favorite fish spices
STEP 3

Cut the onion into thin half rings
STEP 4

Chop the dill
STEP 5

Mix dill with sour cream
STEP 6

We measure the foil to the required length and fold it in 2 layers, put the fillet in the middle
STEP 7

Place chopped onion on top
STEP 8

Grease with a mixture of sour cream and dill
STEP 9

Fold the foil into an envelope
STEP 10

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, if you took a carcass - then 40-45 minutes
STEP 11

Open the foil carefully so as not to get burned. Our dish is ready!
STEP 12

Any side dish will do! I have mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
