Pollock fish in breadcrumbs fried in a frying pan

Tasty and tender, appetizing, with a crispy crust! Fish fried in breadcrumbs is so easy to prepare that any beginner can handle it. I have pollock, but you can make any fish this way, preferably one that doesn’t have many bones.

    STEP 1

How to fry pollock in breadcrumbs? Prepare everything you need for this. For frying, you can use a whole fish carcass, cutting it into pieces, or take a ready-made fish fillet. I prefer the boneless fillet option. This is the main advantage.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a small bowl, combine eggs with salt and spices. As a spice, the ideal option would be a ready-made fish spice set. All the ingredients are carefully selected to highlight the taste and aroma of any fish.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

If the pollock is frozen, then it must be removed from the freezer in advance and allowed to thaw at room temperature. Blot excess moisture from fish using a paper towel. Then cut the pollock into portions.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. Make sure that the breadcrumbs completely cover the fish on all sides. Thanks to such thorough breading, the fish will retain all its juices and will be juicy.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

To fry, heat a frying pan until hot, pour vegetable oil on it and place the fish. Don't lay it out too tightly. Let each piece fry freely.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fry the fish over low heat, 3-4 minutes on each side.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the finished fish on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Pollock in breadcrumbs is ready! Bon appetit!

I have long wanted to cook a fish dish. There was frozen fillet in the refrigerator for this occasion. That’s why today I cooked fried pollock fish in breadcrumbs. I defrosted the fish in advance, cut it into pieces, and salted it a little. Beat two small eggs, add salt and fish seasoning, and mix. I poured breadcrumbs into a flat plate and also added a little salt. I prepare the crackers myself, dry the pieces of an ordinary loaf in the oven, then grind the crackers in a blender. I dipped the pieces of fish in the egg mixture, rolled them in breadcrumbs and put them in heated oil. I fried the pieces for 3 minutes on each side. The fish turned out simply amazing! Juicy, tender, with a crispy crust, melting in your mouth! Delicious! Pollock is not a fatty fish, rather dry, but the breading works wonders, turning an inexpensive fish into a tasty dish! I advise everyone to try it! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Very tasty, with a crispy crust and tender fillet! Pollock fish fried in breadcrumbs in a frying pan is a very tasty dish, although high in calories and not very healthy, but sometimes you can treat yourself. I prepared fish according to this recipe for a main course on the holiday table. Thanks for the idea!
