STEP 1

1.Prepare all products. Sift the wheat flour through a sieve; you can immediately combine it with baking powder. Take not the freshest chicken eggs, then the dough will turn out airy. Turn on the oven, preheat to 180 degrees.

2. Break raw eggs into a large bowl. Beat with a mixer until the mass doubles. For even better whipping, you can add a pinch of table salt or a little citric acid.
STEP 3

3. It is advisable to add 0.5-1 tbsp of sugar to the eggs so that the mass is beaten evenly. After all the sugar has been added, the mixture must be beaten for at least a couple more minutes.
STEP 4

4.Now you can add flour and baking powder, also in small portions. It is recommended to mix these components into the total mass using a silicone spatula.

5. Rinse the plums with water and wipe with a napkin. Break or cut the plums into two parts, remove the pit.
STEP 6

6. Take a charlotte baking dish and line it with paper, or simply grease the springform pan with butter. Pour in about 1/3 of the batter and distribute the plums.

7. Then carefully pour in the rest of the dough and distribute it evenly. Place in a preheated oven.
STEP 8

8. Charlotte with plums is baked until golden brown for about 30 minutes. Turn the warm charlotte onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Cut the pie into pieces, serve with green tea, berry compote, jelly, milk. Bon appetit!
