Pink salmon in batter in a frying pan

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - How to make pink salmon in batter in a frying pan? Prepare your food. The main thing in this dish is high-quality fish, best chilled - it contains much more useful substances. You will need large eggs, preferably homemade. I used wheat flour, but you can use any other flour (rice, buckwheat), thereby getting a new taste each time. Vegetable oil can be any, but it must be refined so that it does not burn in the pan
- STEP 2 - Mix flour with salt. I also recommend sifting the flour - in this case the batter will be more airy
- STEP 3 - In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork.
- STEP 4 - Now about the fish. You can take any part of pink salmon: steak or fillet. If you have a whole fish, be sure to gut it, remove the gills and cut the fillet along the spine. In this case, leave the spine and head for preparing the first dish - you will definitely need them. I had ready-made pink salmon fillet and I just cut it into small pieces. But be sure to wash the fish first and dry it with paper towels.
- STEP 5 - Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture.
- STEP 6 - Then coat well in the flour mixture. For a thicker batter, you can repeat the procedure: dip the fish in the egg again and roll in the flour mixture again.
- STEP 7 - In a frying pan with a thick bottom and preferably with a non-stick coating, heat the vegetable oil. Place breaded pink salmon pieces. Fry on one side first until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- STEP 8 - Then carefully turn the fish over and cook on the other side until fully cooked. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- STEP 9 - Serve fish with fresh seasonal vegetables, herbs or fresh vegetable salads. The fish turns out very beautiful and crispy. Bon appetit!
