You will need large eggs, preferably homemade. I used wheat flour, but you can use any other flour (rice, buckwheat), thereby getting a new taste each time. Vegetable oil can be any, but it must be refined so that it does not burn in the pan

    Now about the fish. You can take any part of pink salmon: steak or fillet. If you have a whole fish, be sure to gut it, remove the gills and cut the fillet along the spine. In this case, leave the spine and head for preparing the first dish - you will definitely need them. I had ready-made pink salmon fillet and I just cut it into small pieces. But be sure to wash the fish first and dry it with paper towels.

    Then coat well in the flour mixture. For a thicker batter, you can repeat the procedure: dip the fish in the egg again and roll in the flour mixture again.
