    Take a frying pan and pour 100 grams onto it. unrefined oil, cut 2 large onions into cubes and sauté over low heat for 10 minutes until soft.

In my freezer, a quarter of the drawer is occupied by trout heads, not pike ones. I use them for soups, but somehow I didn’t even think about salad. But we hold fish salads in high esteem. Thank you so much for the idea and recipe.
