Pike head salad with potatoes

STEP 1

Cook the pike heads in well-salted water until tender for 20 minutes. Drain the water and cool the heads. While the heads are boiling, set the eggs and potatoes to cook.
STEP 2

Separate the pike meat from the bones, carefully check the cleaned pike meat from small bones.
STEP 3

Take a frying pan and pour 100 grams onto it. unrefined oil, cut 2 large onions into cubes and sauté over low heat for 10 minutes until soft.
STEP 4

Peel the eggs, cut into cubes and add to the plate with the fish.
STEP 5

Place the cooked onion with all the oil in a plate with the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 6

The potatoes were boiled, cooled, peeled, cut the potatoes into cubes and also added.
STEP 7

Finely chop the green onions and add to the salad
STEP 8

Salt and pepper to taste, but you don’t have to do this, since the pike heads were boiled in well-salted water
STEP 9
