Mix milk and water. Add dry yeast.

Let's knead the dough. And put it in a warm place for an hour. I make it in a slow cooker. I put the dough in, turn on the multi-cook mode at 40 degrees and for 30 minutes.

While the dough is rising, make the filling. Three cheese and cut the milk sausage into cubes.

From smoked sausage, I have salami, we cut out the heels with a glass. We also squeeze out the nostril holes.

I also tried just sausage. But I liked it better with salami.

We take one bun, you can roll it out with a rolling pin or just knead it with your hands. Add the filling. And we collect the edges into a knot. Flip it over and we have a bun.

Grease this bun with yolk mixed with water. We put on a patch and make eyes. I made the ears from dough. I plucked it from our kolobok. And attached them to the bun. I also greased it with yolk.

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

These are the ones I got. A little cracked. But it didn't affect the taste. The salami was preserved better, I didn’t like it so much with smoked sausage, it needs to be cut thinner or use salami. And everything is very tasty!
