Add two tablespoons of sugar to the bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk and set aside for fifteen minutes to activate the yeast.

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl.

Pour fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a bowl.

Add one teaspoon of salt to the bowl with the egg and vegetable oil.

Breaking the protein threads, mix all the ingredients in a bowl well with a whisk.

Sift six hundred grams of flour into a bowl with a liquid base.
