Pie with strawberries, sour cream and cream on lemonade

STEP 1
We will need such products. Of course, we take the ripest strawberries, without damage. Wash and dry with a paper towel. Use any lemonade. I have Fanta.
STEP 2
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
When whipped, gradually add lemonade and butter. Mix.
STEP 4
Add flour in parts. With baking powder.
STEP 5
Take your largest oven sheet. They are usually 38 by 40 cm in size. Cover with baking paper. And pour the dough onto it.
STEP 6
Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
STEP 7
Take out the finished pie and let it cool completely.
STEP 8
Now let's prepare everything for the cream. We take heavy cream, at least 30%. Sour cream. I also have it at 20%. The cream powder is dry and does not need to be boiled. Which you just need to beat with milk, for example.

Pour in the cream and add the powder and vanilla sugar. Beat everything for a minute. I've had enough. As soon as it becomes thick, turn off the mixer.

Next, add sour cream and mix lightly.
STEP 11
The cream turns out thick. We put it on the pie. And we level it. If there is no such dry cream, you can make another one. For example, beat 250g of mascarpone, 400ml of cream with sugar to taste, and then add sour cream or curd paste. It's also very tasty.

Our strawberries are ready. We still have to cut now. I cut it in half.
STEP 14
Place our halves on top of the cream. But if I do it again, I will still cut the strawberries smaller. Because then it’s easier to cut the pie.

Make jelly as written on the package. To do this, take cold water, add sugar and add dry jelly powder. Place on the fire and cook like jelly. We mix constantly. As soon as it thickens, remove from heat.
STEP 16
Now carefully pour it on top of the strawberries with a spoon. So gradually pour everything in.
STEP 17
And I also sprinkled ground phytachi on top for decoration. Let it sit for a couple of hours and you can eat. Bon appetit.
