Pie with rhubarb and wild berries

This pie will turn out delicious with absolutely any berries. Soft dough, slightly crispy at the edges and sweet aromatic berries - you get a real summer pie. You can prepare it from any berries and fruits. I chose sour rhubarb, bright raspberries and fragrant strawberries. All from our dacha.

Cool the finished pie and cut into pieces. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. I didn’t do this, because firstly, it turned out to be moderately sweet, and secondly, the powdered sugar would hide the entire beautiful multi-colored surface. You can serve the pie with any drinks, but I especially liked it with warm milk .Bon appetit!

The pie turned out great! True, I made it with raspberries left over after preparing the tincture)) It was a shame to throw it away. The night recipe, of course, turned out to be slightly alcoholic, but now I will always use the dough! Thanks to the author!
