Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Softened butter must be thoroughly ground with sugar,

add sour cream, soda and sifted flour. Knead soft dough.
STEP 3
Take a mold, grease it with oil, put the dough in it, then level it, forming sides.
STEP 4
Place peeled apples and pears on top of the dough.
STEP 5
Pour in sour cream whipped with sugar, egg and flour. You can also put a few spoons of boiled condensed milk on top. And “drown” the apple of heaven slightly in the condensed milk - for beauty. Bake in a preheated oven to 175 degrees. oven for about 45-55 minutes.
STEP 6
Then turn off the oven and leave the pie with pears and apples to cool in it.
