Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother prepared fragrant pies, and my mother treated us to her favorite dishes during the holidays. Every moment in the kitchen became a celebration of family warmth and care. This love of cooking led me to explore cuisines around the world, from spicy Indian curries to simple Italian pastas. Now my goal is to show that everyone can cook deliciously and with soul, regardless of experience. I believe that cooking is not only about recipes, but also about the opportunity to gather loved ones around the same table, sharing joy and comfort.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
