Beat a chicken egg into a bowl and mix the ingredients thoroughly. To make it easier to grind a chicken egg with other ingredients, it is better to beat it first with a fork or whisk in a separate bowl so that the whites are completely dispersed and the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Then pour the egg mixture into the bowl with flour. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until the ingredients begin to come together into one mass. Add vegetable oil and mix well again.

Then we lay out the dumpling dough blank on a floured work surface and continue to knead the dough with our hands, adding a little wheat flour if necessary, until the dough reaches the desired consistency. The dough should be elastic and smooth, not sticking to your hands.
