I haven’t made dumplings for a very long time and went to look on the Internet. It's perfect. It rolls out as thinly as possible. It doesn’t tear, it’s tender after cooking, not a single dumpling broke during cooking!!! And after kneading the dough according to the recipe, it didn’t take another gram of flour from me; I literally rolled it out with a drop of flour. Thank you so much for the recipe! I’m saving it for myself, now I understand how people make 300 dumplings, it’s a pleasure to work with such dough, the waste is minimal, it doesn’t stick.
