Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 20 mins
STEP 1
Mix water, milk, salt, sugar, yeast.
STEP 2
Add flour and knead the yeast dough. Leave in a warm place until rising for 1 hour.
STEP 3
Filling: 1. Boil liver (heart, lung, chicken navels, etc., liver gives a bitter taste) - chop
STEP 4
The dough has risen. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the dough, straighten it and add the filling. Pinch the edges into a circle. Straighten the resulting circle with your hands.
STEP 5
Sprinkle the formed pie with pieces of butter and place in the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 250-280 degrees.
