Now it’s plum season, I want to make this pie, it looks amazing, I’m sure it’s very tasty. How much cottage cheese is needed for the dough is not indicated in the recipe. Thank you

Yesterday I made a pie according to your recipe. The pie is so delicious and very original!!! Caramelized nuts complement plum pie so well!!! There was a little liquid in the pie, but it didn’t affect the taste; next time I’ll add more starch. I will definitely make it again, it’s very tasty and unusual and the dough is so good and easy to work with. I'll have to try it with other fruits too.
