Pie with fresh plums and crunchy nuts

DOUGH: Place cottage cheese, sugar, butter, milk, vanilla sugar, salt into a mixer bowl.
STEP 2
Mix everything.
STEP 3
Gradually add flour and baking powder. Mix everything.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the work surface with flour, lay out the dough, knead into a soft dough.
STEP 5
Leave the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 6
Roll out the dough into a layer with a diameter of 22 cm.
STEP 7
Grease the mold with oil, lay out the dough, form small sides.
STEP 8
FILLING: Wash the plums and remove the pits.
STEP 9
Sprinkle the dough with starch, lay out the plums, sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
STEP 10
CROKANT: Chop the nuts coarsely.
STEP 11
Pour sugar into a frying pan and melt over high heat, stirring until liquid. Add butter and nuts.
STEP 12
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
STEP 13
Place the croquette over the plums.
STEP 14
PIE: Bake the pie in the oven for 25-30 minutes, at 180 degrees, until nicely browned.
