    Prepare the necessary products. Set the oven to preheat at 180°C.

    Beat the egg, sugar, vanillin until fluffy, light foam, pour in the oil, beat.

    Add flour, knead soft dough.

    Beat the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 parts: 2/3 and 1/3 of the whole. Roll out most of the dough into a very thin round layer and place in a silicone mold (d - 24 cm).

    Distribute the cottage cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie.

    Top with jam. Roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer and divide into strips 1.5-2 cm wide. Lay them out on top in a grid pattern. Place the crostata in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
