STEP 1
How to prepare peppers stuffed with cabbage in jars for the winter? Prepare the products according to the list.

Finely chop the cabbage and half an onion.
STEP 3

STEP 4
Simmer the cabbage until golden brown.
STEP 5
Boil water in a saucepan. Peel the peppers from seeds and place them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 6
Remove the peppers from the water using a slotted spoon and turn them over to drain.
STEP 7
Fill the peppers with the resulting minced meat. Separately, dilute the paste with water and boil. Place the peppers in the resulting tomato sauce and bring to a boil again. Cook the peppers over low heat for about half an hour. While the peppers are cooking, prepare the jars. Wash them with soda and sterilize them in a convenient way, and boil the lids. STEP 8
Place hot peppers in sterile jars.
STEP 9
Pour tomato sauce over the peppers and seal with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down, cover with a warm blanket and leave until completely cool. Store the workpiece in a cool place. Bon appetit!
