    Boil water in a saucepan. Peel the peppers from seeds and place them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

    Remove the peppers from the water using a slotted spoon and turn them over to drain.

    Fill the peppers with the resulting minced meat. Separately, dilute the paste with water and boil. Place the peppers in the resulting tomato sauce and bring to a boil again. Cook the peppers over low heat for about half an hour. While the peppers are cooking, prepare the jars. Wash them with soda and sterilize them in a convenient way, and boil the lids.
