Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Dice the onion.
STEP 2

Cut the pepper into cubes.
STEP 3

Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces.
STEP 4

Beat the eggs with a whisk.
STEP 5

Fry the onion in oil for 3 minutes, stirring. Add pepper, stirring and frying vegetables until soft.
STEP 6

Add minced meat, fry until minced meat turns white.
STEP 7

Add the tomatoes, stirring over high heat, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
STEP 8

Add salt and spices.
STEP 9

Pour eggs over everything. Lightly stir the vegetables with a spatula.
STEP 10

Cover with a lid and simmer until the eggs are ready.
