Pear pie with dark chocolate

The whole family was delighted. Fast and incredibly tasty! An interesting and original recipe, chocolate inside, and a tender and juicy pear on top. The recipe is very easy to prepare and even a child can prepare it.

Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 50 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    • Grind the butter with sugar until smooth (the butter should be soft, at room temperature. Remove it from the refrigerator about an hour before cooking) I used a regular fork, but you can use a blender • Add 5 eggs (add in one at a time) and that’s it mix well with a whisk

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

    • Now you need to add cinnamon with baking powder. Cinnamon is optional in this recipe. This is a matter of everyone’s taste, some like it, others don’t. If desired, it can be replaced with vanelin or vanilla sugar • Add flour (after sifting) and mix

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    • All that remains is to add finely chopped dark chocolate (you can grate it) and mix everything thoroughly

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    • The dough is ready! Grease a baking pan with a diameter of 22 cm with butter (I used sunflower), pour the dough into the pan

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    • Cut the pear into small strips (as shown in the photo) and place it on top of the dough in a circle (you can press it lightly into the dough) • Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C. Don’t forget that everyone’s oven is different and everyone’s cooking it may take more or less time. Check readiness with a wooden skewer (toothpick)
