    How to make pasta casserole with sausages in the oven? Before you start cooking, prepare and measure out all the necessary ingredients. Try to choose sausages with the most natural composition: without preservatives or flavor enhancers. Free each from its individual shell. I will use tri-color pasta with natural vegetable dyes (beets, carrots and spinach). But you can also use regular pasta.

    Bring filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add salt and let the pasta boil. Cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes until al-dente (soft on the outside but slightly firm on the inside). We will also bake the pasta in the oven, so it will be fully cooked there. Since the quality of pasta varies from person to person, use the cooking instructions on the package of your particular pasta. Drain the pasta in a colander.

    Grease a baking dish with a drop of sunflower oil and first distribute half of the boiled pasta. Place sausages cut into half-centimeter-high slices on top in a single layer. My form is 18 centimeters in outer diameter.

    Spread the remaining half of the cooked pasta over the sausages.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth. This is convenient to do with a regular fork.

    Pour the mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with finely grated cheese. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is browned.

I made a pasta casserole with sausages for the kids, they love it. The author’s multi-colored pasta looks very appetizing, but I didn’t have any of those in stock. I took noodles for lagman, I think they are good for baking. I had turkey sausages, which were delicious in themselves. For the filling, I took twice as many eggs and milk so that the entire casserole was soaked. This time I couldn’t cook in the oven, so I put everything in the slow cooker. I also baked it for 20 minutes, during which time the casserole was ready. It turned out very tasty and tender! We all love the cheese crust) The casserole cuts well into pieces and doesn’t fall apart. The children are happy) Thanks for the recipe!

This is the simplest and most delicious casserole. All products can easily be found in the kitchen of any housewife. I cook this casserole very often, sometimes I just change the composition a little. I add boiled chicken fillet and pre-boiled champignons. It turns out very tasty and tender.
