Pangasius with vegetables in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients; the pangasius fillet must be thawed.
STEP 2

Cut the onion into medium cubes.
STEP 3

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
STEP 4

Saute the vegetables in a frying pan until almost done, in a small amount of oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 5

Cut the pangasius fillet into portions.
STEP 6

We take a baking dish (I prefer ceramic, it can be served immediately), if you increase the volume of food, you can take a large deco and cook in it, grease just a little with vegetable oil (you don’t have to grease it, since there will be oil in the frying) , it’s all to taste), lay out half of our sautéed vegetables, level them across the bottom.
STEP 7

Lubricate the vegetables with half the mayonnaise.
STEP 8

Place our sliced pangasius pieces on top, salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 9

Place the remaining sautéed vegetables on top of the fish, grease with mayonnaise and place in the oven for 40 minutes, temperature 210 degrees. You can check readiness after 30 minutes from the start of cooking, I just like the fish to be well baked.
STEP 10

Place the fish in a plate, you can eat it with fresh vegetables and enjoy the delicate taste))))
