Pancakes with sausages and green onions

STEP 1

Preparing the dough: Sift flour with baking powder into a deep container. Break the eggs there, add salt, sugar and kefir. Mix everything thoroughly and vigorously so that there are no lumps. The dough should turn out thick, slowly flowing. If there is too much flour, the pancakes will turn out dense.
STEP 2

Wash the onion, chop finely. Cut the sausages into small cubes.
STEP 3

Add onions and sausages to the dough - mix. Taste salt and sugar. The dough should not be fresh. If necessary, adjust it.
STEP 4

Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil, you can mix it with butter.
STEP 5

When the bottom of the pancakes is browned, turn them over. Then reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and let the pancakes bake completely, about 2 - 3 minutes. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit !
