I chose the recipe for pancakes with apples inside solely because of the filling; I really liked the idea of ​​caramelizing apples in butter in combination with cinnamon. And I was not mistaken - it turned out great. The filling is thick and does not spread or seep through the pancakes. My apples were early and sour, so I added more sugar than in the recipe.
