Gradually add flour, stirring constantly. To make the pancakes airy, you can sift the flour through a sieve. At the end, add sunflower oil and mix. The dough is ready. It shouldn't be too liquid. Make the pancake batter a little thicker than usual.

We heat up the pancake maker. It warms up for 3-4 minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Fill the ladle to the mark, then carefully pour the batter into the center of the “circle” of the pancake pan.

  6. STEP 6

Using the bottom of a ladle, spread the dough around the entire circle. It turns out to be a smooth pancake.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The first batch of pancakes takes a little longer to cook. We check readiness by lifting the pancake with a spatula. As soon as one side has acquired a golden color, turn it over to the other and bake until done.

Remove the finished pancakes with a spatula and grease with butter. These miniature pancakes can be served at a festive table with red caviar - it looks very elegant and appetizing! A wonderful companion to such pancakes would be sour cream or your favorite jam. Bon appetit!

I don’t have a pancake maker, so I fry these pancakes in a pancake pan. I don't add soda to the dough.

I make pancakes for breakfast quite often as it is one of my kids' favorite foods. Several times I came across a recipe for pancakes on a pancake maker. But I don’t have it, so I always passed on this recipe. And then I came across it again, and decided to still make these pancakes, but in a frying pan. The dough turns out airy and moderately thick. I used 240 grams of flour. I fried pancakes in a cast iron frying pan. I would like to note that the dough is simply amazing, the pancakes made from it do not stick and turn over perfectly. Not a single pancake broke. I spread the dough in the pan using the rounded side of the ladle. The finished pancakes are tender, soft, not thick, with holes. There is no soda taste. Thank you very much for the recipe!
