Pancakes on a pancake maker

STEP 1

Take a deep bowl in which it is convenient to mix the dough. Break the egg. Add sugar, salt, soda, beat with a whisk or mixer.
STEP 2

Add milk and stir.
STEP 3

Gradually add flour, stirring constantly. To make the pancakes airy, you can sift the flour through a sieve. At the end, add sunflower oil and mix. The dough is ready. It shouldn't be too liquid. Make the pancake batter a little thicker than usual.
STEP 4

We heat up the pancake maker. It warms up for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 5

Fill the ladle to the mark, then carefully pour the batter into the center of the “circle” of the pancake pan.
STEP 6

Using the bottom of a ladle, spread the dough around the entire circle. It turns out to be a smooth pancake.
STEP 7

Fill all the circles of the pancake pan with dough.
STEP 8

The first batch of pancakes takes a little longer to cook. We check readiness by lifting the pancake with a spatula. As soon as one side has acquired a golden color, turn it over to the other and bake until done.
STEP 9

Remove the finished pancakes with a spatula and grease with butter. These miniature pancakes can be served at a festive table with red caviar - it looks very elegant and appetizing! A wonderful companion to such pancakes would be sour cream or your favorite jam. Bon appetit!
